Terms and Conditions

Rebel Age LLC (“Rebel Age,” “we,” or “us”) operates rebel-age.life (the “Site”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products sold on this Site are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, or application, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Rebel Age is a chemical supplier. It is not a pharmacy or a compounding facility.
2. WHO MAY PURCHASE
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 21 years old;
- you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research purposes;
- you will not administer, ingest, inject, or apply any product to a human or an animal;
- you will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your purchase, possession, and use; and
- the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
3. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- use any product in or on humans or animals, or in any food, drug, supplement, cosmetic, or medical device;
- resell or distribute any product for those purposes, or market any product with health, therapeutic, or performance claims;
- remove or alter the research-use-only labeling on any product; or
- misrepresent Rebel Age or our products to anyone.
Resellers must keep research-use-only labeling and positioning in place at all times.
4. NO MEDICAL ADVICE OR USAGE GUIDANCE
We do not provide medical advice, dosing, administration, or reconstitution guidance. Information on the Site is provided for identification and reference in a research context. Nothing on the Site should be read as a recommendation for any use in humans or animals.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND TESTING
Each product batch is documented with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), available on our website. Check the COA on the website for the batch you receive. A COA reports the results for the batch tested. We work to keep our documentation accurate, but we do not guarantee that results will be identical from one batch to another. Product images and descriptions are for illustration and identification only. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your research.
6. ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse or a pricing error. Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay for that order. Payment is due at the time of order, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
7. COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS
One coupon code may be used per order. Coupons and discount codes cannot be combined with each other.
Codes are not applied automatically. You must enter a code at checkout.
Codes may have an expiration date, a minimum order amount, or a limit on how many times you can use them. These are stated with the code. Seasonal codes are limited to one use per customer, and first-order codes are for new customers only.
We may change, suspend, or end any code at any time, and we may cancel any discount we believe was applied in error or misused.
Discount codes have no cash value.
8. AUTO-SHIP AND MEMBERSHIPS
Auto-ship lets you schedule repeat orders of the products you choose at the frequency you choose. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method and ship your order on each scheduled date. Your billing date is the date you sign up.
We send a reminder before each shipment, by email and, if you opt in, by text. You can skip a shipment, pause, or cancel at any time before your next order is processed.
Auto-ship and membership pricing may be updated. If your price will change, the new price applies to shipments after the change.
Where we offer membership tiers, your tier is set by your monthly auto-ship spend. The tier discount applies to auto-ship orders only, cannot be combined with coupon codes, and may not apply to every product. We may change or end membership benefits at any time.
9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. Shipping and delivery times depend on inventory availability, and we are not responsible for delays. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you did not insure your order, you are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.
10. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds.
11. STORAGE, HANDLING AND DISPOSAL
You are solely responsible for the proper storage, handling, and lawful disposal of all products, in line with the product label, the COA, applicable laws, and standard laboratory safety practices.
12. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; RESTRICTED LOCATIONS
You are responsible for making sure that your purchase and possession of our products are lawful where you are. We may decline to ship to any location, and we may ask for information to verify your eligibility or intended use before or after an order.
13. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES
If you opt in, we may send you order, shipping, and auto-ship messages by email and text. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
14. OUR WEBSITE AND BRAND
The Site, including the Rebel Age name, logo, text, images, and design, belongs to Rebel Age or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission, except to view the Site for your own use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
15. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel orders or accounts at our sole discretion, including if we believe a product is being used, marketed, or resold contrary to these Terms.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebel Age and its members, managers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the use or misuse of a product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rebel Age and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use, misuse, or resale of any product, or from your breach of these Terms.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
20. CHANGES AND GENERAL TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Rebel Age about your use of the Site and your purchases.
